10/1   'Monsters on the Beach' Monster Truck Beach Races 
Monster trucks will race on the Wildwood Beach from Lincoln to Spencer Avenues. Friday night features qualifying races beginning at 7 p.m. (not a full show.) Saturday features two races at 1 p.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday features title races and tough truck races starting at 1 p.m. Gates open one hour before each start time. Food and merchandise vendors as well as monster truck rides on the beach will also be available. The fun and exciting truck lineup will feature Bigfoot, Snakebite, Avenger, Brutus, Equalizer, Crushstation, Hot Tamale & Lumberjack with a Memorial for Walking Tall! Tickets purchased online are discounted and will be available until midnight on the Thursday before the event. The festival will feature 2 stages of live music, crafters, food vendors, a pie eating contest and much more! Friday night features a Nifty '50s Dance Party at the Wildwoods Convention Center from 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. Tickets are $15 per person. A FREE street fair will take place at Fox Park in Wildwood on Saturday from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. featuring classic cars, food and craft vendors, a Doo Wop Bus Tour, and live entertainment. Saturday night features a star-studded concert at the Wildwoods Convention Center at 7 p.m. featuring Bobby Rydell, Little Anthony & The Imperials, and Shirley Alston Reeves. 10/14  NJBBA's Great Fall Classic Surf Fishing Tournament 
Registration at the Anglesea Fire house, 201 New Jersey Avenue, North Wildwood begins at 5 a.m. ASAC sanctioned tournament will run from 6 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Saturday. An RV show will be held inside the Wildwoods Convention Center featuring the best-selling recreational vehicles from New Jersey’s biggest RV dealers including Dylan's RV Center, Driftwood RV Center, Whitehorse RV Center, Cross Roads Trailers, and Scott Motor Coach RV Center. 10/21  Wildwood Food Truck Festival 
The Wildwood Food Truck Festival is back! 11 AM-6 PM at Wildwood’s Fox Park. The festival will feature 20 food trucks of all different cuisines. As always, there will be no duplicate cuisines to keep the festival unique. This year, a newly added kid’s area will be present, featuring a bounce house, face painting, a balloon twister, and multiple games. 10/21  Wildwoods Boardwalk Pumpkin Run 
The Wildwoods Boardwalk Pumpkin Run is a ghoulishly fun and exciting family event for all ages Halloween Weekend. This festive boardwalk event offers a 5K run along with a 1 mile family walk, starting at 10 a.m. - rain or shine. Registration begins at 9 a.m. inside the Wildwoods Convention Center. Participants are encouraged to dress in their favorite Halloween costumes to vie for the prizes in the best dressed categories of Family, Youth, Infant, and Best All Around. All proceeds benefit the Elementary Schools of the Wildwoods. $25 for adults; $10 for those 18 and under. New Jersey Lighthouses and select affiliated museums will host a "Lighthouse Challenge of New Jersey" weekend. 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. rain or shine. Visitors will enjoy the opportunity to tour the state and visit participating land-based lighthouses, 2 museums, and 2 life-saving stations over the weekend, as well as help raise funds for continued lighthouse preservation, education and restoration. The Hereford Inlet Lighthouse in North Wildwood is included in the challenge. The Wildwood Crest Recreation Department will host the annual Halloween Trunk-or-Treat family event at 6 p.m. The event consists of parents/adults bringing their Halloween-decorated vehicles to the Wildwood Crest Pier parking lot at Heather Road and Ocean Avenue, where they will distribute candy from the trunks of their vehicles to children outfitted for Halloween. The event includes other Halloween related activities, a DJ, refreshments and prizes awarded to the best decorated vehicles. Trunk-or-Treat is a free event, but vehicles must be pre-registered. Watch a festive line-up of floats, fire trucks and other creatively decorated vehicles parade down the streets of the Wildwoods accompanied by Santa himself! Registration begins at 4 p.m. at the North Wildwood Recreation Center (10th & Central Aves); line-up begins at 5 p.m.; parade steps off at 6 p.m. (new time!) at 15th & Central Avenues, then continues South on Pacific Avenue through Wildwood to Heather Road in Wildwood Crest, then ends at the Wildwoods Convention Center. Parade awards will be presented in the Wildwoods Convention Center at 7:30 p.m., immediately following the 7:15 p.m. tree lighting ceremony.
